At Indoor Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishing purchases. If a product doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
