Fitting the holster is quick. There are four pre drilled screw holes, two on each side, which let you mount it firmly to most solid surfaces. Once installed, you can place the caulking gun through the top opening. The trigger rests neatly on one of the three shaped cut outs, keeping the gun steady. You can store the gun with or without a tube of silicone, mastic or sealant, giving you flexibility on busy workdays. The main opening is sized to suit most standard caulking guns, with an internal width of 80mm and a depth of 65mm.
