These heavy-duty Formwork Bracket Joining Plates are designed for connecting timbers during shuttering and concrete formwork. Whether you’re laying down concrete slabs, forming yard pads or building shed bases, these plates make timber joining simple and secure.
Each bracket includes pre-cut 8mm holes, which are ideal for use with our own sleeper screws. Simply press the bracket across your timber join and screw through each side. The 5mm thick steel offers strong resistance to twisting and pressure, giving you a reliable fixing every time. These brackets are ideal for use on building sites and rural projects where accurate, repeatable shuttering is key.
The plate’s size and orientation mean it’s flexible enough to work on both 6" and 8" timbers – use vertically for 8" and horizontally for 6". The finish is left bare for no-nonsense function – built for the job and ready to go. Our 90mm x 90mm version is perfect for use on 4" or 5" timbers.
